Malachovsky Law Offices P.C. is an immigration and transactions law firm.  We work with clients nationwide and around the world.  Our firm was established in 2004 to help individuals, families, and businesses achieve their legal goals.  We are proud to have effectively represented thousands of clients.

PRINCIPAL ATTORNEY

Our firm was founded by Shachar Shawn Malachovsky, Esq. Shawn is an acclaimed attorney in the fields of immigration and transactional law.  He has authored articles about immigration law and has mentored new attorneys.  Shawn earned his Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law and his Bachelor's from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Shawn has been practicing law for over 20 years. 

Shawn is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the New York State Bar Association.

Shawn came to the United States with his family when he was a child and has gone through the immigration and naturalization process himself. That is why he knows the importance of good legal representation and is dedicated to providing that to his clients.
